Tabaknatie uses a Recruitment Management System. This in-house developed tool allows us to accelerate and streamline the selection and recruitment processes, and improve our quality standard. We aim to answer every application within a reasonable amount of time. Because we annually receive more than 3000 applications, we kindly ask our candidates to register via an online application-tool. A slightly bigger effort is requested from the candidates, but you do get something in return:
